I’m one of those people who believes nothing is a coincidence… Ask and you shall receive!
I was asking someone to give me or explain to me the tools that we often already know but don’t know how to use properly.
And that’s how a client told me about a tool called coaching. I researched it online, found Maria’s link, requested the first appointment, and even in my skepticism, asked her to guarantee that there would be change.
Today, a year later, I can say that the world remains the same, but I’m not. I’m more aware of myself, I love and respect myself just as I am, I have qualities I’ve always had but never developed, and today I am happy! Because there is congruence between what I think, feel, and do.
I know this is something you work on every day and that there’s never a “stop,” because we would stop evolving, and that’s the best part of being alive: the challenges of each day and how we grow along with them. The difference is that now I have more tools to draw upon, namely self-knowledge. My greatest blessings and thank you for sharing!
