Everything in nature is made up of astonishingly perfect stages, and human beings, as part of it, also experience cycles or phases that open and then close, begin and end, arise and fulfill a purpose before concluding.
The stages of life itself, a job, a relationship… every event is born, blossoms, bears fruit, and then ends, giving way to a new birth, a new stage or phase, a new cycle. But how can something new be born if you don’t close that circle? How can you welcome a better job opportunity if you keep complaining about the one you have today? How can you fall in love again if your heart is still occupied by that old love that will never return? How can you allow your heart to forgive and love again when it’s still stuck in resentment and hatred?
Until you learn to let go of the past and resolve everything you’ve left unfinished—that is, close those chapters—you won’t understand that you’re opening up space for what your heart truly longs for: a new job? A new house? A new relationship? A new way of communicating with your parents or siblings? It will inevitably come into your life when, with all your heart and honesty, you cleanse, let go, close chapters, and TRUST that if it’s no longer there, it’s because that person or circumstance has completed a cycle in your life. You’ve learned from the experience, you’ve grown, and now it’s time to close that chapter and move on.
Life is always forward, never backward. TODAY is all that exists, so CLEANSE, FORGIVE, LET GO, CLOSE… These are all ways to HEAL the MIND and SOUL, all ways to OPEN yourself to what is to be even better than it was, because YOU have grown, because after each experience you always have a clearer understanding of your desires. Free yourself from HABIT and ATTACHMENT; you were born free to choose to be happy, not to depend on anything or anyone…
