I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, Mary, and to the Licenciado Mariscal for this coaching journey that led me to change and transformation. It was a journey of immense learning, growth, and, above all, self-discovery. Each session allowed me to discover aspects of myself that I hadn’t previously seen clearly. The Treasure Map has become one of the most powerful tools I’ve ever encountered; not only did it help me visualize my goals, but now I can see concrete results in my life, which motivates me to move forward. Identifying my limiting beliefs and learning to transform them through connecting beliefs was also very meaningful. This methodology provided me with a practical and effective tool for generating lasting change. Working with antidotes to limiting beliefs allowed me to confront thoughts that had blocked me for years. One of the most precious moments was uncovering my emotional wounds and beginning to work through them with love and awareness. In particular, healing from the feeling of abandonment, realizing that I wasn’t responsible for many of the situations that had affected my life, and allowing myself to free myself from this burden was profoundly liberating. I greatly appreciated the formula for change because it gave me clarity on how to move step by step toward the life I desire. Likewise, discovering my Enneagram Type 2 helped me better understand my behavior, my strengths, and the areas in which I can continue to grow. Integrating all of this with the Wheel of Life allowed me to have a more complete and balanced view of my personal development. Learning to identify my point of impact and my point of leverage helped me understand that small changes can generate significant transformations. And, without a doubt, experiencing the quantum leap was something that deeply surprised me; it was an experience that moved me and made me believe even more in my ability to create a new reality. Today, I enjoy my life journey much more. I feel more aware, emotionally stronger, prepared to face challenges, and with a different vision of myself and my future. This coaching journey didn’t just teach me concepts; it allowed me to experience a true transformation. Thank you for guiding me with professionalism, empathy, and commitment.
