I learned about coaching through a recommendation. At that point in my life, I needed some guidance, to talk about what I wanted—in short, to organize my thoughts and actions. Someone recommended this to me, and frankly, I thought it was some kind of therapy, but it’s nothing like that. That’s what life coaching is. It helps you focus your ideas, thoughts, and actions so you can achieve your goals. It’s like organizing and prioritizing.
It has helped me tremendously. I truly see problems and opportunities with different eyes and a new perspective. Your coach becomes a powerful tool for finding methods that benefit you.
