Life coaching is the vehicle that brings me closer to my goals.
The idea of achieving goals hit me hard when I turned 40. I could no longer postpone them; it was time to go for them. But I felt that I had tried several times and hadn’t succeeded. It was time to find someone to help me achieve them, so I considered the idea of having a coach. And so it was; I began to be coached by María Murillo. Then began the process of realizing my dreams. We worked on my limiting beliefs, a process of self-knowledge, growth, and being centered. This changed my perspective on concepts I had been carrying for years, and I felt lighter. I faced and overcame my fears, achieved goal after goal, and the result is tangible in my self-esteem.
